The auction will include IRMA STERN “BLOSSOM IN VASE” OIL ON CANVAS, SIGNED AND DATED ‘44. (55 X 60CM).

Works by Stern has enjoyed extensive International press coverage recently, after rumours that another imminent sale would reclaim her position as South African record holder for the most valuable painting. Her previous record sale was a painting which sold for £500 000.

Public viewing will be made possible a week prior to the auction itself.
