Harcourts Christchurch-based auctioneer Phil McGoldrick has proven again that he’s one of the best in country, with an outstanding performance at a recent national competition earning him the honour of representing New Zealand in a prestigious international competition later this year.
Mr McGoldrick, who will represent his country alongside two-time New Zealand champion Mark Sumich, won the REINZ competition in 2006 ahead of Mr Sumich and went on to become the first New Zealander to ever reach the finals of the Australasian championship
Averaging around 400 auctions a year Mr McGoldrick is also Harcourts National Auction Manager, a role which involves training and mentoring the group’s nationwide network of more than 40 auctioneers.
