Pakistan Government Vehicle Auction Extended

The auction of government vehicles at the LOS impound has been extended by a day to Sunday (today) because 80 vehicles have not been auctioned yet. The vehicles were surrendered by various departments and autonomous bodies as part of the government’s austerity drive.

The auction committee sold 124 vehicles yesterday (Saturday). Around 650 of the 703 vehicles have been auctioned since June 30 in open bidding.

Bulletproof vehicles: The auction of five bulletproof vehicles will be re-advertised after the completion of the ongoing auction process, an official present at the auction said.
