Project Bundle-Up Fundraising Auction

Published June 16th, 2008

From haute couture to autographed sports memorabilia, there is something for everyone on the Project Bundle-Up online auction. In its second year of online bidding, the former live televised broadcast has now gone to the web to reach even more people in the convenience of their own homes.

Founded 22 years ago by WTAE-TV Channel 4 and The Salvation Army, Project Bundle-Up has provided more than 200,000 needy kids and seniors with new winter outerwear. The annual auction is one of the primary ways that Project Bundle-Up raises critical funds to provide personal shopping trips for nearly 8,000 individuals each year.

More than 300 items have been provided by generous donors and are available for sale from July 1st through July 29th. Whether you are in the market for a Pittsburgh Steelers jacket signed by the 2007 team, fine jewelry or flat screens, the Project Bundle-Up auction has something for everyone.

Simply log onto to either http://www.projectbundleup.com; http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com; or www.salvationarmy-wpa.org and follow the prompts and links.
