Developer Nakheel will launch an auction of freehold offices on the Palm Jumeirah as Dubai faces a growing shortage of office space.

The properties on the so-called ‘Golden Mile’ represent the only freehold office space available on the vast offshore island that was built from sand reclaimed from the sea.
