eBay Vs Craigslist

Online auction giant eBay, which has owned a 28.4pc stake in Craigslist since 2004, published its lawsuit on the internet yesterday. eBay said the dispute centred on its US launch of Kijiji, a similar website which was already available overseas.
eBay says the Craigslist management team “unfairly diluting” its holdings in the ad site.
Craigslist, which operates on a not-for-profit basis, attracts 25m users a month in the US.
Craigslist allegedly told eBay it had “negative” feelings towards Kijiji and it was “no longer comfortable” with eBay as an investor.
