Published February 29th, 2008

The trustee in Adam Aircraft’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case filed motions Thursday seeking to auction off company assets with a minimum purchase price of $10 million, with the goal of getting approval of the sale April 9 and closing the deal by April 15.

A filing also raised the possibility that assets may be transported from Ogden, Utah, or Pueblo to consolidate operations in one location. www.denverpost.com
