Moniker.com (http://www.moniker.com), an Oversee.net company, successfully brokered the sale of more than $166,000 worth of dating and social networking domains at iDate 2008 and the Social Networking Conference, the premiere gatherings of executives from the online dating and social networking industries.

At a live auction of domains, which took place on Friday, February 1 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, 25 domains were successfully sold including:

Online personals are booming according to a new report by JupiterResearch. According to its new report, “US Paid Content Forecast, 2007 to 2012,” personals remain one of the largest paid content categories online, following music and games.
