Starman Brothers Auction Inc., are auctioning off everything from file cabinets to 10,000 gallon tanker trucks. The bidding started Thursday, and continues on Friday.
Air cargo carrier, Kitty Hawk, closed down in late October.
Kitty Hawk hub manager, Bob Sallaz, tells Newschannel 15 he never thought he’d see the company go bankrupt. “Unfortunately the business model we were using didn’t work,” he said. “Most of the people who lost their jobs want to stay in Fort Wayne, they’re looking for jobs, and they are good people.”
Kitty Hawk is located at Fort Wayne International Airport.
