Hudson & Marshall to auction 100 foreclosed Memphis homes
Published January 3rd, 2008
Hudson & Marshall of Texas Inc. will hold an auction of foreclosed properties Jan. 12-16 at the Memphis Marriott.
The auction is part of a week-long Tennessee road show, featuring H&M auctions in Chattanooga, Cookeville, Jackson, Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville.
Valued from $10,000 to $500,000, the homes were foreclosed by national lenders when the homeowners defaulted on their mortgages. Hudson & Marshall said most homes will be open January 5 and January 6 from 1-3 p.m. for preview. About 100 of the 150 Tennessee homes Hudson & Marshall will auction are located in Memphis, the company stated in a press release.
Based in Dallas, H&M sales have topped $20 billion since 1967, with $180 million of that coming during last two years alone.
