Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce Annual Holiday Auction for Charity

The Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce held its annual Holiday Auction for Charity on Dec. 5 at King’s Court & Banquet Hall in Hudson, raising $5,209 for the St. Vincent de Paul Society. During the last 10 years of holding the auction, the GHCC members and local businesses have been able to raise $34,645 for charity.
The St. Vincent de Paul Society, which was established over 20 years ago and is operated through St. John the Evangelist Church in Hudson, assists many local families by maintaining a food pantry, assisting with rent and utility bills, and distributing holiday food baskets and gifts to families in need.
More than 80 business members of the Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce donated items for the silent auction.
