Press Release

Is It Time To Buy?

“If you are working with someone who really knows how to negotiate”..says Scott Partridge of Community Real Estate. When Scott is working with a client he figures what the price of the home will be in the next 8-12 months or more”I do not care what the price of the home has already been dropped! We have a little way to go yet before this market starts to turn, and I’m going to make sure that my clients are well protected”.

The homes that are moving the fastest are the bank owned homes. “I’m starting to see home owners finally get the picture and either (Really Reduce) the price on their home,or pull it off the market altogether”.

Auction sites are popping up in Califorina which is another way to buy a home as well. If you are really serious get ALL OF YOUR DILIGENCE DONE BEFORE THE AUCTION! If you are not sure what diligence is, then call a local Realtor and ask them to help you out and represent you.

Remember there is a 5% commission added on to the winning bid. Also make sure your financing selection is ALL COMPLETE before the auction. Going to the auction is the easy part…getting serious and getting all the work done before hand is the hard part.

There are dozens of stories about people way over bidding on foreclosure property at these auctions..Be Careful !

“Banks are more eager to get rid of their standing inventory, and now is your best bet for getting the home that fits all your needs. As well as being represented by a licensed Realtor! Really look at these bank owned homes”. quotes Scott

Scott invites you to contact him for a Free “Updated Daily” Bank Owned Hotsheet at homes@scottpartridge.com His website is Updated Daily as well and that is www.scottpartridge.com
