India - HUDA auctions net 134 crore on second day

The auction of leftover plots in Nalagandla and Vansthalipuram layouts of HUDA evoked a better response, second day of the four-day auctions, with the HUDA netting an amount of Rs.134.8 crore.

Of the total of 77 plots, including residential, group housing, two sites for community purposes, and shops, 60 got sold.

The highest bid for a Nalagandla plot was Rs.27,000 per sq.yard and for Vanasthalipuram it was Rs.29,500 sq.yard.

HUDA earned over Rs.100 crore in Wednesday’s auction taking the total revenue after two days of auctions to Rs.235.34 crore.
