Ohio State to Auction off Surplus Vehicles

According to a recently published ohio.gov press release, more than 280 vehicles will be put up for auction at the State and Federal Surplus auction on Saturday, August 18th at 4200 Surface Road in Columbus, Ohio.

The vehicles that are expected to go up on the auction block aren’t just cars. In fact, the state will be auctioning of cars, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, and boats.

The vehicle auction will open at 10:00 in the morning on Saturday, August 18th. The gates will open at around 8:00 so prospective bidders can look at the vehicles up for auction. However, for those who want to look ahead even sooner can visit and inspect the vehicles between August 13th to the 17th. All the vehicles, boats included, may be turned on and possibly test driven on August 17th between 8:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon. Bidding still will not start until the next day.
