UK Debt Management Office confirms schedule of 9 gilt auctions for Oct-Dec

The UK’s Debt Management Office confirmed it will hold nine gilt auctions in the third quarter this year and published the dates.

Hong Kong govt to auction CDMA2000 spectrum licence

The government will auction in late October or early November the radio spectrum for mobile services based on the CDMA2000 standard, the Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) said.

Tesco security guard stole goods to sell on eBay

A security guard stole thousands of pounds worth of electrical goods from Tesco’s Carlisle store and sold them on eBay, a court was told yesterday.
