Lewis County Hospital for Auction - 29 Aug

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will auction off the Old Weston State Hospital and farm on the 306 acre tract.
The property is being sold as is and the winning bidder will be responsible for any hazardous materials that may be on the property.
The winning bidder will have to pay a $10,000 deposit.
The West Virginia Department of Agriculture owns the mineral rights to the property and those rights will not be included in the auction.
A pre-auction meeting is set for July 18 on the steps of the old hospital at 10 a.m.
The auction will be August 29 at 1 p.m.
