German 10 year bund auction covered by bids 1.71 times

Germany’’s auction of new 10-year bunds was covered by bids 1.71 times, the Bundesbank said.
A total of 6.259 bln eur was allotted at the auction while 740.4 mln eur was set aside for secondary market operations, taking the total up to 7 bln eur.
The Bund carries a yield of 4.25 pct.
Bids totaled 10.692 bln eur while the lowest and highest accepted prices were 99.07 eur and 99.08 eur, respectively.
