Athlone Institute of Technology has announced its beginning a new degree on real estate this September.

The full-time course which will run over three years is aiming to offer students a detailed knowledge of the property industry.

The joint venture between the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and AIT will offer a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Valuation and Management.

The admissions office at AIT is anticipating a significant level of interest and is advising early application.
