More than 600 Internet bidders helped Stock Realty and Auction Company have a record-breaking month for the unreserved auctions for the month of January.
Stock Realty and Auction Company is one of America’s largest auctioneers of industrial equipment, agriculture equipment, farmland and airplanes.
The auction had more than 3,000 registered bidders from all over the world. More than 600 Internet bidders participated in the auctions and were either buyers or runner-up bidders on 24% of the equipment.
The bidders appreciate the fact that the auctions held had live in-person and online bidding.
“It was a record January for gross auction sales for us,” said Mark Stock, President. “We had very strong prices for late-model agriculture and construction equipment.”
Stock Realty and Auction has already held two unreserved auctions for the month of February and there are five unreserved industrial agricultural auctions left for the month.
Farm land sales are at an all-time record. There are over 10 closings scheduled for March alone. Stock also noted, “This is the best farm market we have seen in years.”
