Sydney auction sales pick up

Sydney auction sales are beginning to pick up from their start-of-year slump. Sellers offered 54 properties last Saturday: 38 houses, four townhouses, nine units and three blocks of land. This is an improvement over last week’s 17 properties and the previous week’s 21.
