Breach Wood Ingram (formerly Butfield Breach auctioneers) is the name of the new company which says it is now the only dedicated land and property auctioneers in the region.

As such, the new company says it will not only continue to provide a thoroughly professional service to its many existing corporate and private clients but aims to increase the service already provided to local government, statutory bodies and solicitors.

In addition, the company will expand on its existing links and work closely with independent estate agents to offer a land and property auction service throughout central southern England, the south west and Wales.

Director Richard Wood, who originally established the business with chartered surveyor and auctioneer, Christopher Breach is now joined by co-director David Ingram, an experienced, well known North Wiltshire estate agent.

Helen McTaggart, auction manager, Maggie Gordon, auction co-ordinator, and Sheena Cornwell, client liaison, are joined by Lisa Brett, who has recently been appointed as business development director.

Based at Hartham Park, Corsham the company’s offices are in close proximity to Bath, which is the venue for each auction sale.

The first auction of 2007 is planned for March 29 at The Bath Racecourse.
