Coin auction to benefit Delaware college

Gold coins found in a sunken ship off Key West more than 20 years ago are going up for sale.

Treasure hunter Mel Fisher made headlines in 1985 when he found the wreckage of a Spanish galleon that sunk in 1622 off Key West. The ship’s cargo of gold, silver and precious gems was worth an estimated 400 million dollars.
