Bid4Spots Signs 200 Internet Stations for reverse ad auctions

Bid4Spots has signed 200 internet radio stations within the first month of announcing its reverse auction to facilitate buying and selling advertising for independent online radio. The company’s goal is to have 2,000 stations by the end of Q1 2007.
Bid4Spots, which also operates a reverse auction marketplace for terrestrial radio, is inviting internet broadcasters to sign up or view a demo on its site, in anticipation of the first auction, which will take place Jan. 17, 2007. Auctions will continue each Wednesday thereafter.
