Keeneland September yearling sale breaks record

The Keeneland September yearling sale broke its own world record for gross receipts on Thursday, when ten-day totals reached $385,707,000.
That total topped the previous mark of $384,349,900 set during last year’s 14-day auction.
“We are thrilled at establishing a world-record gross in the first ten days of this year’s sale,” Keeneland Director of Sales Geoffrey Russell said.
