Russian Central Bank to auction bonds Sept 7

The Russian Central Bank is to hold an auction on September 7 for 10 billion rubles in third issue Central Bank bonds, the bank’s financial markets department said.
The bonds will be bought back on December 15, 2006.
According to the regulations for the auction, bids will be accepted from 12:00 to 12:20 and the cutoff price will be announced at 13:00. rd
