Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that Kenneth Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd has won the auction of 35.8 acres of Residential Land located in South Delhi offered in a public-private partnership project for a consideration of Rs 4500.10 million. The open auction was carried out by Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
