Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc., a leader in automotive total loss and specialty salvage services in the United States, today announced the opening of its newest service center located in Kansas City, Kansas. The new facility replaces an existing site roughly doubling the capacity of the old location. The new facility is located with convenient access to Interstate freeways and features ample office and meeting space, fully paved sale and vehicle storage areas, an indoor vehicle inspection center and a four-bay Run & Drive(R) auction facility. The Kansas City site also offers I-bid LIVE, IAA’s live auction Internet bidding product. From a geographic standpoint, the larger facility will enable the company to more efficiently service the Eastern part of Kansas and West-central parts of Missouri – fully complementing existing facilities in Missouri, Nebraska and Kansas (Wichita).
