Across Sydney yesterday, 339 properties were scheduled to go to auction with 182 selling and 40 withdrawn.

The 53.7 per cent clearance rate was slightly down on last week’s result of 56 per cent.

In other results, two blocks of land in Boronia Lane, Seaforth, sold on behalf of the Department of Planning for $950,000 and $1.61 million respectively.

A house in Allibone Street, Ashbury, sold above its reserve for $768,000, attracting 18 registered bidders. Two heritage-listed terraces in Little Cleveland Street, Redfern, sold just prior to auction for $410,850 and $440,000 respectively.
