FCC chairman says spectrum auction a priority

The auctioning off of wireless spectrum this summer is critical for giving the industry more capacity, according to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin.
The FCC is developing the process of auctioning off the spectrum, which may attract different players such as Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) and Google Inc. (GOOG).
