two people who tried to buy sports memorabilia from them online will avoid additional time behind bars as part of a plea agreement Wednesday in Campbell County Circuit Court.

Rachel A. Trent, 28, and Pamela K. Hartley, 22, both entered Alford pleas to one count of conspiracy, one felony count of obtaining money by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of obtaining money by false pretenses.
