Coal India to sell 80% more coal via e-auctions

KOLKATA: Coal India (CIL) intends to sell 80% more coal through e-auctions next year. The amount of coal on offer through the platform will thus increase from 20m tonnes this year to 36m tonnes in ’06-07.
