Auction featured rare artifacts of Texas history

They’re calling it the Texana Auction of the Century. Close to 200 rare artifacts from early Texas history were sold to the public on Saturday.
The Texas State Historical Association held a black tie dinner and auction at the Austin Convention Center. More than 500 supporters of the association are attending the dinner, but the silent Auction of the Century was open to the general public.
