Tiffany & Co Sue eBay

Tiffany & Co is suing eBay for letting individuals peddle counterfeit jewelery on its site.
The lawsuit alleges that eBay not only facilitated counterfeit sales, but also made profit from them to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The case is expected to go to trial by end 2006.
