eBay has implemented their new ‘Safe Payments Policy’ on eBay.co.uk, however they have not suggested when they will actually be enforcing this policy, whereas in the USA, they have a defined date of the January 15th 2006 and given sellers a full 3 months to update their listings where required! Understandably this has caused confusion with in the eBay UK seller community.
